(Best Period between March to May and Mid September to Mid December)
In this trek,we climb Ramdung Go and this trek allows us many beautiful sights of various places.We move close to Gaurishankhar Himal and reach Na Gaon,where we can confront the sherpa culture.we can also visit theTso-rolpa lake.We then move towards the Ramdung Base Camp,from where we climb Ramdung Go and then we end our trek at Suri Doban. This is a 23 days trek in which a trekker has to walk for 17 days.

Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. |

Free day in Kathamndu. Evening briefing about trek. |

Day 04. |
Kathmandu / Quartali (1600m). Departure for Barabise (830m), by bus (4 hours) approximately. Our guide carries the loads up to the place and we leave the valley through a way blank of slopes. We then come closer to the village of Quartali (1600m). (Approximately 3 hours of walk). |

Day 05. |
Quartali / Delangsa (2400m). A well-traced path,medium climb will lead us to the village of Delangsa. The weather is little hot but some torrents give us a refreshing bath (5 hours of walk). |

Day 06. |
Delagnsa / Climb up to Tinsong (3250m) / Alampu (2000m). Short, but hard rise enables us to climb it. We go down in the cultures, but assay in the very dense forests, sometimes where some nimble monkeys accompany us for a moment. Camp is very close to the village of Alampu, at an altitude close to that of our point to departure (Approximately 6 hours of walk). |

Day 07. |
Alampu / Laduk (1700m). Always through mountain, by a very good path, we pass small valleys which is very close to Bhote Koshi. In the coursree of the day we pass close to Gompa (Buddhist temple) of Bigu, and if we can, we will return, for a small visit to the monks who meditate in this place (Approximately 5 hours of walk). |

Day 08. |
Laduk / Gongar (1600m). We do not gain any altitude in this stage! While going up Bhote Koshi along its right Bank, we cross, a beautiful forest tropical, where the fern tree are very astonishing (6 hours approximately). |

Day 09. |
Gongar / Simigaon (2100m). We continue along Bhote Koshi and we cross it by a splendid suspension bridge! A long rise, initially along an impressive cliff then in the medium of the field terraces lead us to Simigaon perch at the entry of the valley of Rolwaling. Terraces, which surround the village, will let us have a splendid sight on the mountain which surround us in particular Gaurishankar (7146m). |

Day 10. |
Simigaon / Randing (3200m). We leave the village terraces, which is cultivated by millet. We enter a splendid forest of pines, where we find quells huts of pastors come to pass the summer, they herds here. It is undoubtedly close to Rolwaling that will Install the camp for the night (5 hours 30min of walk). |

Day 11. |
Randing / Beding (3700m). We cross the river by a bridge. We admire once again Gaurishankar, which dominates all his Southern face Beding, which is a beautiful village where one graze yaks. The ethos group which composes Tibetan and in spring, the inhabitants pass to climb very high, Manlung- la (5600m) to go to trade on the Chinese Slope of the mountains (approximately 5 hours). |

Day 12. |
Rest in Beding (3200m). Before beginning to rise in altitude, we agree a small pause, which will make profitable to visit very beautiful and very old Gompa de Beding. We will be able to also go up a little above from the village to discover the landscape. |

Day 13. |
Beding / Na (4200m). This stage is court. It is necessary to say that we take Altitude and that we should be acclimatized correctly. Na is a village of completely unoccupied mountain pasture in winter. Some house bases, of the fields surrounded by low walls of stones, a close-cropped grass and the mountain; it is the seizing decoration (4 hours 30min) approximately. |

Day 14. |
Na / Tsho Rolpa Lake(4500M). Kabuk. Little after Na, we approach a large moraine which makes barrge and retains water of a very large lake: Tsho Rolpa. We go up left bank between the mountain and the moraine to install our camp not far from a hut of shepherd. A short rise will be able to enable us to reach the top of the moraine and to admire the lake and the large glacier which makes continuation (4 hours approximately). |

Day 15. |
Kabuk / hight camp 5000m. The rise is hard. But the landscape is splendid. All the tops which surround us between 6000 and 7000m, the glacier of Trakarding is stretched towards Tashi Lapcha, then climb the pastors of Beding, borrow their yaks for the vender in the valley of Kumbu. (Slow 4 hours) rise. |

Day 16. |
High camp of 5000m / Ramdung Pass (5650m). We arrive at snow. It is necessary for us to continue with progresses slowly not to suffer from altitude. Climbing our Sherpas install the tents where we can recover a little. Splendid lay down below sun is announced on the mountains, which surround us! (4 hours approximately). |

Day 17. |
Climb of Ramdung / Rise of Ramdung Go (5930m) / Camp of the moraine of the glacier of Ramdung towards 4500m. In the icy early morning of the high mountain, we progress towards the easy top of Ramdung Go. Lentement, the first sunbeams illuminate to the top and we can see Cho- Oyu (8153m) in the North of the solid mass. The redescente of the glacier of Ramdung occupies most of the day |

Day 18. |
Camp of the Moraine / Cablang (2000m). It is descent! We find little forests and cultures but it is hot too. Beautiful Khare Khola thunders at the bottom of the throats and it is pleasure to try a small bath (perhaps a little fresh). |

Day 19. |
Cablang / Suri Dhauban (1024m). by the way with side of hill which reserves some small rise to us, we join the confluence of Khare Khola with Bhote Kosi. Perhaps at the forest, which surrounds us, we will find some orchids of autumn! |
|
Day 20. |
Suri Dhauban / Charikot / Kathmandu. This is our last day of trek. Bhote Kosi is a form of large river, and on its bank, the villages and the population become denser. We will arrive finally at the large borough of Charikot, very anima. Sees commercial streets and its transistor surprise us a little after these days of silence in mountain. The bus brings us back to Kathmandu after midday, at the hotel. |
